The Citizens Against Political Assassinations (CAPA) is a not-for profit association of responsible and educated citizens from the United States and around the world who study and oppose assassination as a political tactic and is committed to exposing the truth and seeking justice for those victims of political assassination.

There will also be a Board of Advisors that will be included in all decisions and include all former COPA – Coalition On Political Assassination board members - Peter Dale Scott, Bill Turner, Jim Lesar, et al.
